the staff was helpful recommending meal locations. they asked about my stay each time i walked through the door. the room was clean, it had a proper desk plus chair i used to work. i appreciated how convenient the location was, as a solo traveler i felt safe.

the hotel charged for water in the room and did not tell me beforehand.

The breakfast buffet included mexican cuisine daily. The hotel offers quesadillas cooked to order at breakfast. The location was near Zocalo and Bellas Artes. A short walk. The area around the hotel felt safe.

I missed having a mini fridge in the room. Most hotels have them and they are very useful.
